Asphalt Paving Crew Team Member
Ideker is currently looking to expand their asphalt paving operations and need you! We are looking for operators and laborers to work in our asphalt division. These are union positions with excellent pay and benefits. The pay ranges from $33.05 to $38.42 per hour journeymen pay, depending on classification.
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Respectful to equipment and willing to maintain and clean as well as adapt to changing schedules inherent to the construction industry.
- Physical requirements will need to be able to carry 75 pounds and work in the outside heat and sparingly in the cooler weather at night in the fall and spring.
- Problem solving skills to help identify and resolve issues
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
