EMAS - For additional runway safety, we have experience building and installing EMAS systems.  EMAS is a technology that uses crushable concrete blocks.  The blocks are placed under a thin membrane and crush like plastic foam under the weight of a plane, stopping an aircraft without damage should it skid off a runway.
